Organization

The foundation is giving priority to establishing a solid governance structure and efficient operational management. In consultation with the foundation board, the initial focus is on addressing urgent needs in the local community. This approach will allow the foundation to gain valuable experience in responding to emergencies and develop effective processes for aid delivery. As the foundation expands, it will investigate opportunities and collaborations for aid in other regions, starting with the Middle East. The foundation will use the knowledge gained from its experiences to map out effective strategies for future projects, while also working to establish a strong fundraising and volunteer base.

Presidents are Shabnam Solati, Shahrzad Timman, Nick Timman, Arka der Stepanian and Mirjam Weinhardt. No salary or compensation is received for the work.
